◆ Material : PA 70G13HS1L is a 13% fiberglass reinforced, thermally stable, high-speed injection optimized, and internally lubricated PA66 material.

◆ Characteristics : 13% fiberglass reinforcement: balance of rigidity and toughness. Significantly improved strength/rigidity compared to pure PA66; Better toughness, lower warpage, and fewer floating fibers than GF30. High surface smoothness, suitable for spraying, electroplating, and appearance parts. Thermal stability (HS): resistant to high temperature aging Copper salt heat stabilizer, long-term use at 120-140 ℃ without brittleness or discoloration. Resistant to lead-free reflow soldering and high temperatures in the engine compartment. S1+L: High speed injection molding+easy demolding. Good melt stability, suitable for multi cavity, thin-walled, high-speed forming, with a cycle shortened by 20-30%. Internal lubrication reduces friction, smooth demolding, and reduces top whitening/pulling. Dimensional stability+chemical resistance. Low water absorption, low post shrinkage, and reliable long-term sealing of buckles/threads. Resistant to engine oil, brake fluid, fuel, and weak acidity and alkalinity.

Automobile: Engine peripheral sensors/connectors, throttle valve body, chain tensioner, BCM bracket, air conditioning vents, interior buckles/brackets.
